Amy was raised in Maine within a family deeply connected to natural resources, instilling in her a lifelong love for the outdoors. She operates a small farm with her husband and children and finds joy in trail running and hunting, satisfying her desire for daily adventure and exploration.

Amy’s professional journey began with a degree in Art Education, leading to a teaching position in Appleton, Maine, and later working for the Farnsworth museum in Rockland, Maine. As her family grew, she paused her career to homeschool her children. With a longstanding passion for design and drawing, Amy pursued a formal education in architecture and joined Northends to continue the process of learning, finding a personal drive and passion for creating custom homes. Her contributions to designing smart, sensible, and sensitive homes are undeniable.

Amy is captivated by every aspect of building and design. She finds satisfaction in building relationships, the design process, and helping client’s realize their visions. For Amy, creating homes that are thoughtful, functional, and beautiful is a lifelong passion.
